I am preparing review my MS for incoming examination as a training nurse at DMC. Am i qualified? I dont think so? I am not to knowledgable regarding to hospital experiences. I’d like to train in DMC so that I want to gain more experience. I have many plans to do when I work in DMC. I like to experience 4 months in the ward like neuro, ortho, medicine, and payward. I like also to complete my training as an IV theraphist as my friend do. After 4 months training I like also to train in OR. How I wish I could do that. Traning at DMc is not easy like my friends said to me. You must alert always because lot of patients were admit on that particular hospital. I wish also that I could also experience as a Psychiatric Nurse in DMC. I wish i could pass the entrance exam. I wish I could do as what my friends tell to me. Maybe this time I prepare for that new life. A life as a Registered Nurse.

My parents were so proud to me when they know that I passed. After that they made a streamer and Tarpulin. The only promise that I can give to them is to take care my license and my patients
The title of Nurse has many applications in modern medicine. Each specific type of nurse has a different set of responsibilities: Registered nurses (RNs), Nurse practitioners, Head nurses or nurse supervisors, Licensed practical nurses (LPNs), Nursing home nurses, Home health nurses, and Nursing aides. While there are many shared tasks, these nursing professions require special skills, and different levels of patient interactions. We’ve compiled the many nursing job descriptions below.
Registered nurses (RN) comprise the largest group of healthcare workers. Most RNs work directly with patients and their families. They are the primary point of contact between the patient and the world of health care, both at the bedside and in out-patient settings. RNs perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs, performing procedures such as IV placement, phlebotomy, and administering medications. Because the RN is much more regular contact with patients than are physicians, the RN is usually first to notice problems or raise concerns about patient progress.
RNs also develop the day-to-day nursing care plans both in hospital, and for care after discharge by families and visiting nurses.
